Michelle brings decades of expertise in luxury and high profile events, defined by elegance, precision and discretion. A global citizen, Michelle’s work is shaped by a life lived across Manila, Tokyo, and Paris before settling in New York- Cities that have refined her eye, cultural fluency and approach to luxury. She is best known for co-founding Maison Hugo- Brasserie Moderne, with Chef Florian V. Hugo, a direct descendant of literary icon Victor Hugo. Michelle has produced events for global leaders, international delegations, philanthropic and select corporate clientele.
Michelle is also an advocate of food security and sustainability, grounded in her studies in Sustainable Food and Nutrition in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. Her work advances food justice and builds more resilient, and equitable food systems.
Together, this fusion of elegance, diplomacy and purpose defines her approach to event-one she brings to life in collaboration with Michelin- starred chefs, curating refined, personalized menus for the most discerning clients.
