Michelle brings decades of expertise in luxury and high profile events, defined by elegance, precision and discretion. A global citizen, Michelle’s work is shaped by a life lived across Manila, Tokyo, and Paris before settling in New York- Cities that have refined her eye, cultural fluency and approach to luxury. She is best known for co-founding Maison Hugo- Brasserie Moderne, with Chef Florian V. Hugo, a direct descendant of literary icon Victor Hugo.
From an early age, Michelle has also experienced firsthand the vital role the food, agriculture, and sustainable farming play in strengthening communities. Her culinary experience in Manila and Paris, combined with her studies in Sustainable Food and Nutrition in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University, shaped her deep understanding of the global food ecosystem. Today, Michelle is a passionate sustainability leader and dedicated to advancing healthier, more resilient food systems.
Michelle collaborates with Michelin starred Chefs to craft refined, personalized menus that cater to every palate.
